As co-director of Sidney House, Tom provides CFO strategic guidance for the company and economic research services for global clients.
Having focussed on building a strong UK offering through Busec Nova, in 2025, Tom is providing strategic support for Sidney House to expand the businesses’ specialism in HR sector global consultancy, for the education and professional development sectors.
Harvey Simpson-Crew
Client Solutions Officer
Harvey delivers market positioning consulting service for the company.
He leads client engagement, solutions design, brand and corporate identity development.
Driving operational improvement through the development of streamlined, agile CRM, advertising, web presence and engagement, Harvey ensures consistency in the delivery of high-quality learning and information services for the business.
Michele Simpson-Crew,
Chief Executive Officer
Michele is a senior people professional with over 25 years’ in-sector experience. Since relaunching Busec in 2019 and has expanded the network to include Hong Kong and South Africa.
In 2025 she led the centre to become CIPD Platinum Rated and one of 5 CIPD Organisational Delivery Partners worldwide.
To-date Busec Nova has supported over 1000 students to become qualified senior professionals.
