Sidney House and Busec Nova are collaborating to deliver a research proposal that seeks to understand challenges, priorities, and emerging needs of the HR sector across the sub-Saharan African region. Based in South Africa and the UK, our research team are currently inviting Human Resource Professionals to participate. Our objective is to gather insights directly from practitioners to support evidence-based understanding and future capability development for the region.

Pathwise™ is a reflective learning platform currently in development by Sidney House. With the aim of help emerging and experienced people professionals articulate their practice with clarity and confidence, Pathwise™ is for individuals and organisations completing professional qualifications and continuing professional development that relies on capturing real-life worked examples to demonstrate learning outcomes achieved, through video, audio and voice-to-text tools. Turning day-to-day experience into structured evidence to support the delivery of relevant reflective learning, Pathwise™ deepens critical insight and supports Viva Voce assessment. Currently in late-stage development and entering closed beta in Q1 2026, Sidney House is welcoming expressions of interest from individuals and partner organisations who wish to help shape this next-generation reflective learning tool.
